Alonso Rivero

Born and raised in the vibrant metropolis of Mexico City, Alonso Rivero has emerged as a beacon of creativity within the realm of electronic music; his journey marked by a fusion of cultural influences, musical experimentation and a relentless pursuit of artistic expression.

Alonso is also a resident DJ at the legendary Maxa Camp at Burning Man. Building the sound system for the famous Deer Art Car, he went on to showcase his own transcendent soundscapes amidst the dust-laden expanse of the Playa. It was here, amidst the ephemeral majesty of Burning Man, that Rivero found communion with his artistic essence, channelling the primal energy of the desert into his own unique sound.

Rivero’s musical journey reached new heights with the release of his debut album, “Rise,” on Trajinera Records in 2019, a magnum opus that encapsulated his musical evolution. Subsequent solo productions and collaborations with esteemed artists such as Carlita (on Children of the Future) and Coss (on Akumandra) followed; further solidifying Rivero’s status as a rising talent within the electronic music sphere.
