The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR require us toexplain the valid legal bases we rely on in order to process your personalinformation. As such, we may rely on the following legal bases to process yourpersonal information:

• Performance of a Contract. We may process your personal information when we believe it is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, including providing our Services or at your request prior to entering into a contract with you.

• Legitimate Interests. We may process your information when we believe it is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests and those interests do not outweigh your interests and fundamental rights and freedoms. In legal terms, we are generally the "datacontroller" under European data protection laws of the personalinformation described in this privacy notice, since we determine the meansand/or purposes of the data processing we perform. This privacy notice does notapply to the personal information we process as a "dataprocessor" on behalf of our customers. In those situations, thecustomer that we provide services to and with whom we have entered into a dataprocessing agreement is the "data controller" responsiblefor your personal information, and we merely process your information on theirbehalf in accordance with your instructions. • Business Partners. We may share your information with our businesspartners to offer you certain products, services, or promotions.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons andpixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. Some onlinetracking technologies help us maintain the security of our Services, preventcrashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary forthe purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention periodis required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legalrequirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personalinformation, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or,if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information hasbeen stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personalinformation and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

InShort: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to childrenunder 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using theServices, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent orguardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of theServices. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 yearsof age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonablemeasures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you are located in the EEA or UK and you believe we are unlawfullyprocessing your personal information, you also have the right to complain toyour Member State data protection authority or UK dataprotection authority.

If you are located in Switzerland, you may contact the Federal DataProtection and Information Commissioner.

Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to processyour personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent dependingon the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at anytime. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by using thecontact details provided in the section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?" below.

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processingbefore its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affectthe processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawfulprocessing grounds other than consent.

Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You canunsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any timeby clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, or bycontacting us using the details provided in the section "HOW CAN YOUCONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?" below. You will then be removed fromthe marketing lists. However, we may still communicate with you — for example,to send you service-related messages that are necessary for the administrationand use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for othernon-marketing purposes.

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems andmobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or settingyou can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about youronline browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniformtechnology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals hasbeen finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browsersignals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice notto be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we mustfollow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revisedversion of this privacy notice.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNTsignals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standardfor recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respondto them at this time.
