Rebecca Speller, an accomplished flutist and composer, enhances Nysiades’ music with her ethereal flute playing. Yiolanda Loizou, a multi-instrumentalist from Limassol, Cyprus, specializes in Eastern Mediterranean folk music and classical guitar. Trained at Trinity Laban Conservatoire, she plays instruments like the mandolin, lute, and bouzouki, infusing Nysiades’ sound with authentic cultural influences from her heritage. She has performed in prestigious venues across Cyprus, Greece, and the UK, adding a vibrant layer of tradition to the band’s modern electronic foundation.
